Enjoy a special Brazilian menu created for RIO by Kias Burget – a Brazilian chef and owner of the award-winning KIAS Restaurant in Vienna. Kias is a self-taught chef and former professional ballet dancer. Today, he is fully devoted to his culinary passion, creating modern Brazilian cuisine with his own signature style. His restaurant has earned two Gault&Millau toques, two Falstaff forks and has been recommended by the Michelin Guide since 2026.
